"... I am stronger and leaner"

Thanks so much Gerry! Your protein drink has helped me tremendously in progressing at a more elite level in my work-outs and daily functions, especially at work. I have more stability and focus increasingly per day!!!! I am happy to hear that it's okay to take in more protein safely. Since you stated I could (approximately a week ago), I had, and I am stronger & leaner subsequently. I truly cannot believe it - it's quite remarkable! I wonder what I will be like in a year from now?!! I feel like I did 20 years ago and I am 37 now. I have always been conscious of my diet and exercise; however, now I feel like I have reversed time.
