I was active as a child.  One of four sisters growing up on an Iowa farm, I was the sister who chose to help outside. I was very thin as a young child, to the point that my mother encouraged me to eat more.  As I grew older, I started to put on a little weight.  I was not overweight, but at the top of the chart for my height.  As adolescence turned into adulthood and motherhood, I continually gained to a point of being obese.  I would diet, lose weight, and then gain it back with a little extra.  Each time I dieted, it became harder to lose the weight, and I did not get down to the previous low.  My cholesterol was high and my doctor strongly recommended I go on medicine to get it lowered.  I know that any medicine has sideeffects and if there is a lifestyle change to get the same results, this should be tried first.  I had been listening to podcasts about the health benefits of whey protein, and at the same time, my sister started a new diet program that was very similar to what I had been hearing so I decided to give it a try.   I lost 20 pounds in two months.  The problem wasthat the plan I was using was so expensive that I could not afford to stay on it.  Instead of giving up and going back to my old way of eating, I searched on the internet and found EnergyFirst.  I am very pleased with the quality and taste of EnergyFirst’s whey protein.  I have continued to lose another 14 pounds in another two months.  I am very happy with the results and expect to be a customer of EnergyFirst for a very long time.
